Since including Jens Lekman in my Swedish Breakout Drop 017, I have seen him all over the place. The amount of chatter in the audio blogs has been growing each week and in response Mr. Lekman has a little present for you. On his site he has 3 downloadable EP’s that he sold only on his Australian and US tours in 2005. If you enjoy his sweet tones, you will definately be pumped to grab these. If you know nothing about Jens, here is a little blurb from Pitchfork Media’s review of his 2005 release ‘Oh You’re So Silent Jens‘:

“He writes orchestral pop songs that swoon like silent movie damsels in distress. He rhymes “chili” with “chilly.” The Swedish singer/songwriter hasn’t been in a relationship for four years. Blaming the music business for his non-existent love life, he recently threatened to quit releasing records to become a telemarketer.”
