I spent last night jammed (well more like greased) into the seats at Somerville Theatre with some friends watching a kick ass performance by Eels. I have been a fan since their Soul Catcher and Beautiful Freak releases and was pumped that we could get our hands on some tickets at the last minute. Over all, even though I was a bit bored during the first few songs, the band rocked and delivered above and beyond my expectations. For those making it out to Lollapalooza, I definately recommend taking your drunk, stoned, sweaty asses over to check out Mr. E and his mates.

Oh yeah…Check out their opening act Smoosh. Those girls are not bad for being only 13 and 11 years old.
