I was just looking down hollaback’s August Show posting and realized that since we are Boston folks and tend to focus on Boston venues and shows, I needed to find something for the non-bostonians. So thanks to Funtime Ben over at Up The Tree, I have found the solution.

Upcoming.org is a free service that allows users to catalog and share upcoming events. It is a great place to keep track of music shows and venue specific events. What makes it great is that if you find someone who has similar interests as yourself you can put them on your watchlist and will be notified when they add a new event. Also, it as built in RSS capabilities which makes it simple to track venues, cities, and user events as they are added. Hope it is helpful and enjoy.
