I love indian food. I swear I could eat it everyday. The thing is, in all my years I have never tried to cook it. Last night was the night that I went for it. After seeing this straight forward recipe for Indian Lamb Curry on Dan’s Kitchen I knew it was a go. It took some loot-cakes($) to stock my shelves with the needed spices, but now I have enough curry leaves to bang out some vittles whenever someone yells “Where’s my vindaloo”. Anyways, it turned out great and stayed out of my belly long enough to get this shot.

hey, looks great! this is dan from dan’s kitchen. very glad to hear you decided to get the ingredients! you’ll never regret it. but on that note, i will add a few words in my post so people can get some free samples of spices before they need to jump in and buy the whole spice collection.

you also won’t get around that fantastic cookbook i recommended below the lamb curry recipe. there’s no pictures inside, it’s pretty dry, but the recipes are great!
