Here is a post from panopticist.com about the first music video show by cell phone only. The Presidents of The United States (who in the world knew these guys still were around and may I ask why? Another topic for another time.) shot this video for their new Australian single “Some Postman”.

During the production of the music video, over 12 angles were pieced
together to make up one composition or shot. The footage recorded by
the phones was 1/3000 the quality of standard broadcast. The majority
of the footage was shot with the band performing at half time as the
phones could not handle the quick movements and as a result, could be
blocky and compressed. The format used by the phone camera is 3gp.

I am not a huge fan of the tune, but the novelty of the whole thing kept me watching. Check out this for a direct link to the Quicktime Only movie.
