If you are in the market for a new house, are ready to sell your current one, or just can’t get enough of Google Map’s website integration, then Zillow is for you.

Zillow is a free real Estate tool for the Buyer, Seller, and Investor. Just type in any address or neighborhood and Zillow will search it’s 60,000,000 home valuation database and return a Google Map of the location, the standard housing information (square footage, bedrooms, bathrooms, last sale date, etc.), and what they call a Zestimate. The cool thing is that the map contains all of the houses in the neighboor and the last sale price for each and with on click of a button, Zillow will create a report showing the comparable homes in relation to the location.

In the past you had to rely on a Realtor or a boatload of research to get this type of information. Now you can confidently walk into any weekend open house with the confidenced gained from 2 minutes of Zillow research. Very cool.
